The team
Tina Suchanek works in Auroville (India) since 1991 as a vocal coach and as a sound technician at “Sunshine Music”. She manages groups and concerts and has been the driving force at JAZZwave so far. The nurishing of jazz and fusion in India as an evolving musical niche is her declared goal.
She thinks of JAZZwave as a platform on which many Indian and international performers meet and are staged before an ever growing audience. Léonard Pietri is a young, French graphic designer, living in Auroville since the begining of 2006. He is a real music fan and has been listening and observing the French and international jazz scene since more than 15 years. He especially loves the fusion of different musical styles...
He says: “Getting to know Tina was really great, because she gives me the opportunity to work for music, which has been one of my favorit dreams...I really believe in this project”. Leonard is presently contributing the graphic work and the layouts for all printed materials for JAZZwave. |
